So we said goodbye to Gail and Hot Water Beach B & B. And that view did get better.

It is to be Gail and Trevor’s last season for they are to retire in April, so we felt quite privileged to be one of their last couples. We shared the beautiful house with another Malcolm and his wife Denise and we all arrived in the same restaurant on the first night, along with Ray and Marion. Ray and Marion had been at the Allegra accommodation. They came in raving about the Kiwi Dundee trip we were to experience the following day. When Malcolm discovered we were all Audley travellers he proclaimed the restaurant, “an Audley hot spot!” Mary laughed as she was about to order her,”Dickie State Pudding,” (We must have been tired.)
My favourite mail boxes was this little row. And I will insert a close up of the end one on the right, look closely.

So with the slight smell of sulphur in the air we arrived at the Regent Hotel. Rotorua is famous for its geothermal activity, hence the pong! Mary carried on the good work with her flowers and that bed number five in New Zealand is looking very inviting already! Thanks for reading. Mary and Sammy Peeps.
